Ann Taylor Loft has some really great suits...I'd get the pinstripe ones, they are such a classic! Here is a link:

PANTS: http://anntaylorloft.com/atlLMProductPage.process?RestartFlow=t&Merchant_Id=1&Section_Id=260&Product_Id=102628
I would also check out their new suit ideas...here is the link. These will most definitely make classics. http://anntaylorloft.com/atlShowCategory.process?RestartFlow=t&Section_Id=812&ap3
I know that Ann Taylor Loft is a little expensive, but these will make great looks. If you find a look that you like, than I'd look for clothing similar to it at Macy's or J.C. Penny, and duplicate the look.

Hey There!
I was just browsing around on Yahoo Answers and came across this question of yours.
The best place you can go for a suit by far is Nordstrom or even The Limited!
Yeah, they cost an arm and a leg, but are WELL WORTH IT!
I'd say for the best suit money can buy, don't spend any more than $400
Don't have the money for them?
Well, here's a thought...
You could get a FREE $500 Victoria Secret Card and turnaround and sell it on ebay for $400 and you just made $400 to do as you please!
And you could do this as many times as you want - and buy WHATEVER YOU WANT!
COOL HUH!
I’m a manager at a Victoria’s Secret and was informed of a website at my last regional managers meeting that is a promotion we’re doing.
This website is giving away several hundred $500 Victoria Secret Giftcards for just putting in your zipcode. It’s a marketing campaign they are doing to see what areas of the country people are interested in Victoria Secret.
You can’t go wrong… Just put in your zipcode and get a $500 Victoria Secret Giftcard!!
Go to:

Enjoy!

hmm.. i suggest maybe Forever 21, they have some cute selections. a fitted suit jacket (preferably black) and matching pants (straight leg or boot cut) would probably be relatively "timeless"..... u can also try a cute black Pencil skirt.
or go to JC penny or a department store and check out the junior's section
also target has some cute stuff, check out the Isaac Mizrahi line for business attire

Macy's has a lot of way expensive ones on sale for cheap or "Ross" is a great one. I got a 100.00 suit there for 15.99. I love it and get compliments all the time. Not to mention I'm pretty picky when it comes to style. Check it out. Other stores similar if you dont have Ross are "tj max" or "Marshalls". They have a lot of name brands for cheap.

Wal-Mart is a great option. They have many styles and are very cheap. I bought a swim suit there and when i went to the beach all my friends were asking me where i got it.

go to Burlington Coat factory--stay with a nice cotton blend suit--that will not go out of style and stay with a nice navy or black suit

be a dilligent shopper and keep checking and rechecking the "good" stores' clearance racks. Or, even cheaper, ask a friend who might be the same size as you if they have one you might be able to borrow.

If you have any thrift shops or Salvation Armys in your area, you will find all kinds of really nice stuff for really cheap.
