sound good so far there, to my knowledge, have not been any other matches signed (besides the hair vs hair and the Money in the Bank match). Is this going to be another "average" Wrestlemania except for a few good matches? Other good Wrestlemanias have been 10 or 11 matches.

I think another match at wrestlemania 23 will be ecw orginals vs. the new breed and the battle of the monsters kane vs. khali

No there have been announced two more matches. One is officially announced on wwe.com which is ECW's New Breed vs Old Breed. The other is Chris benoit vs MVP for the US title which I found out from a spoiler. It probably will have more matches.
