you don't calculate absolute zero. it is simply a theory that at a temperature of zero kelvin molecules stop moving; which is commonly believed. the true the only certain value for it is that of 0 kelvin because this is a purely theoretical measurement since it has never been attained and the only way to truly attain a temperature of zero kelvin is to cool molecules to a point where they stop moving. -273 Celsius is thought to be the value at which absolute zero is attained but this can change due to lab experiments. so to truly calculate the value in Celsius at which molecules stop moving you would need to be a laboratory scientist with nearly infinite resources.

You don't calculate absolute zero. You know that its -273 C or 0 Kelvin.
