Unless you specifically own the games that you're trying to download, it is a copyright infringment (which is illegal). If you do own those games, freeroms.com is a good place to look.

I wish i knew but i dont, i hope they do have a place to do that because i do miss me some sega genesis games.

Free no, but they are available (some) for the Nintendo Wii for real cheap.
