I have integrated audio Realtek AC97 audio driver installed, and problem is I have no hardware support, only software with XP. I cannot get any advanced features to run with the original cd that enables sound fx, special codecs for 3d games features.

Yea that sounds about right, realtek AC97 is basicly a generic sound card.

you will need to get a nice sound card to be able to get nice sound... the one i have is amazing its the Sounblaster Audigy 24-bit.. it also enables 5.1 surround sound with 5.1 speakers

it cost me around 40 bucks

when you get the new sound card it comes with a new driver which will most likely be good aswell..

I agree, creative Labs produces some of the best sound cards. The 24bits cards are reasonably good. They allow, I believe, up to 7.1 support. They sound fantastic. However, please use a subwoofer. Just using a 2.0 will not give you the full power of the card.

hi, basically replace RAM or the different playing cards whilst the computing gadget is became off and unplugged. RAM is detected immediately there isn't something you're able to do interior the BIOS yet view what's detected after the computing gadget boots up.
