OMG don't ask here! You'll get some really mean and cruel answers and please DON'T follow the advice of the wise asses....(the one about getting the really big dog, that type.)
There's not much you can do now other than bringing the cat to a shelter, after she's had the kittens. Of course you won't separate the cat from her babies but that doesn't mean you have to keep them in your home.
I think there's probably a little more to your story? Have you been feeding the cat? Catls don't hang around a house just to visit...they usually have a motivating factor....i.e.: FOOD. lol
Good luck!

you're being abusive on your animal. Willful scientific overlook is seen abuse. If she did not furnish the placentas she has retained them then they'll grow to be putrid in a quick quantity of time and your cat will die as will the different kittens she might nonetheless be wearing. they'll sit down in her and decay until she dies from each and all the putrid pollutants in her physique. i be responsive to there at the instant are not any properly-known vets open outstanding now and due to this there are emergency vets. you would be able to desire to take her to an emergency vet in the present day. it somewhat is a 50 mile (one way) trip for me to get to an e-vet yet I even have carried out it whilst mandatory. Bury the ineffective kittens. Set her up a field lined with towels in a darkened room and shop her in there for an hour or so and notice if she would be waiting to settle in to the field. do not permit her go through in hard artwork for over an hour, not to show some days. If any ultimate kits grow to be caught then she would be waiting to die a terrible death. Have your cat spayed as quickly as she is able.

Ok - Don't listen to the folks who are recommending separating the mother cat and kittens! Obviously the kittens need their mother at this age - DUH! And if you can't have a cat at all, you probably aren't going to keep the mother anyway - right? Call the local shelters or humane society. Kittens find homes quickly as soon as they are old enough to be weaned from their mom (about 2 months from birth). You can even go to http://www.petfinder.com/ to find your local shelters or rescue groups. If you live in WI, let me know - I rescue cats too.

Have you tried to find out who owns the cat? that might be a start wouldn't you think? Poster? Local radio? Local shelter?
If you dont' know who owns the cat, take it to a shelter.
It's not hard.
