It slowed down my computer and messed a lot of things up. I don't like it. Morpheus is better. =]

I would say that it is really good for downloading music and other things, but I know that my cousin got a virus from there. So my main thing is that if your going to use limewire to download then you might want to make sure that you have a good virus protection program installed on your computer.

I have it since three years. Before then I was using KaZaa but it became full of ads and spyware and virusses. The same thing is happening with Limewire right now. There are a lot of fake files and ads. But Limewire is still the best program for downloading files. Just beware of fake files. They are usally smaller then a megabyte so just don't download them.

Limewire is excellent. The search interface is wonderful, it is easy to use, the network is rather large which makes for reasonably fast downloads. I haven't had any bad experiences, and best of all, it's free!

I particularly have Limewire consumer-friendly. i imagine its rather reliable, i'm type of staying remote from information except audio because i have heard that there are a range of viruses...in reality, in case you search for on Google for Limewire or flow on Gnutella communicate board, there are steps which could make certain you a more suitable positive journey (scaling down ideas that viruses could properly be enable in) you are able to persist with.

I've been using LimeWire for about 2 years. I love it. I've never had any problems with it. However I would like someone to tell me if you know how to download entire albums without having to search for every track

Limewire used to be good but the popularity has made it trash. You get stupid irrelevant matches with every search and I got sick of it. I got iMP3Tunes, which is a similar freeware product and it has the same interface without the junk. I'd definitely check it out. Download it at Download.com or something.

I have limewire pro. I LOVE IT. I was paying $10 per month for Rhapsody (and still had to pay 99 cents to download/burn to CD)
Lime wire is a peer to peer site so you are actually doing a file share with others who upload songs into the "song bank" you can choose to upload your own material too.
Try it out. It's great.

Limewire is a good place to check out music - but, if you get caught downloading it, you could be heavily fined. Buy an ITunes card and get music legally.

Limewire rocks. You can download music, video, etc. Sure its illegal but thats why I go Pro!
No bad times here....I've heard you can get viruses on PC's.
