He's a good manager but he is too defensive after they score a winner. Where you would have Man Utd going on to try and score about 2 more to put the game at rest, Mourinho does not like going forward after going in the lead.
I would rather see him go to Barcelona and Chelsea getting someone like Martin O'Neil or Sam Allardyce. You will get exciting football with them 2.

he is a fantastic manager!!
i love his attitude to the game- he understands the meaning of winning a game- his celebrations when drogba scored the 2nd goal at the nou camp in the first round of the champions league.
look at what he did with porto- got them a champions league title when people had written them off.
also his battles with the other managers thru the media and the comments that he makes are really fascinating.
and coming to the fact whether he is good for chelsea, he is fabulous for them too.he has managed to bring a group of people who think too much of themselves down to earth and brought out the best in them.but he should be given more powers and money during the transfer window period.
one tactical flaw is favouritism shown to lampard.he should actually play ballack in central mid-field as he is much better.
but otherwise fabulous!!!

He's a good tactician but i don't think he's made for the english game. Chelsea won 2 consecutive league titles while playing a S H I T of a football.
