I really want to be in the cool group but cant manage to do so. Some of my freinds are cool but some of them arent. I have some classes with some of the cool people and i am freindly and try to be nice and all but i cant manage to get thourgh to be cool like them and be their friend. What do i do?

oh my god. i feel so sorry for you. I know many people like you who will forever spend their high school years trying to "fit in", and never succeeding. You need to make friends of your own. Become part of your OWN group and ignore the "cool group", becuase realistically, they think ure a loser and dont give a crap about you...and ure friendliness makes them wanna puke (or so i heard) and most importantly GIVE IT UP...b/c i can gaurentee it will never happen.

"Cool" is a state of mind. What you may think is cool others may not. I don't know how old you are but you need to learn to love yourself no matter what people see you as, and no matter what they think. I recently went to my 10 year high school reunion and most all the "cool" kids have turned out to be jerks and very unhappy. Trust your judgment and focus on your future. Cool is seen two different ways. Some people who are cool now are not cool in 10 years. While others are not cool now, but cool in 10 years from now. Don't sweat the cool stuff now, it really doesn't make a difference in life anyways.

Why would you want to be in the cool group? They are all fakes trust me. But if you still want to be in the cool group...wear a pink skirt tight tank top and high heelssee if that will get you in...oh and dye your hair blond.

Don't place so much emphasis on being cool . Sometimes the people you might think of as cool , are just putting on an act .

I know you may want to be with the people that you feel are cool, but being yourself is the coolest! Especially these days when everyone want to be like someone else.

The most uncool thing to do is to try to be cool. Cool people are content with themselves. People trying to be cool are trying to be what they are not. It is phony and people can tell a mile away. Amazing, but if these people stopped trying to be cool and stopped trying to be liked, but just became content to be themselves, they'd be naturally what they are so earnestly trying to be artificially.

well 1st dont kiss their asses because they are nobody theyre equal liek you so dont let no one put themselves above you ...first dont try to be someone you saw on tv or somone but be yourself and dont let no one take advantage of you either and just be alla ournd cool person dont be 2 faces or none of that and if they still dont think your cool oh well u dont need them
