I know defecating in public is illegal if you are human, but what about if you produce the faeces inside your home, put it in a container and then take it outside and leave it in a public place - say for example, a bus stop?

What do you do in real time? Because this is a really stupid question, and just so you know in case you are silly enough to be serious about this I asked my brother-in-law (a detective) and he said yes it is illegal. At least you will give them something to laugh about at the station and if they find any placed like that they will know who to look at first :-)

If it isn't, it should be. How disgusting! But then again, is it any different than those horrible people that leave a full baby diaper lying on the parking lot ground or other places it doesn't belong??

Uhhh...I guess it depends on what you plan to DO with it.

(some people should not let their minds wander. It's much too small to be out on it's own)

There are no loopholes to that law.
It's littering
and as such you can be fined and rightly so
