I would really like to have some more vegetarian recipes, but I'm not much of a spice person, so nothing too extravagant! Anybody found some? More suggestions the better! lol

One of my favorite things to make is spaggetti. I use Paul Newman's marinara sauce instead of spaggetti sauce because it has less vinegar and is very mellow. Just make some noodles, add two jars of the sauce. In a skillet, fry one onion and two cloves garlic til tender. Add a package of morning star crumbles (ground meat substitute. Continue frying for 5-10 minutes. Add a few teaspoons of garlic salt. Add this to your noodles along with the sauce and 2 Tbls sugar and 1 cup milk. This is so good.
I also like bean and cheese burritos. I make a big pot of pinto beans. Cook it with 2 onions, 4 cloves of minced garlic and 3 Tbls. of seasoned salt, 2 Tbls of pinto bean spice and 1 Tbls. garlic salt. After beans are done, drain most of the liquid but save two cups of it. Beat the beans with an electric mixer. You'll have refried beans without the fat! Then place about four Tbls. of the bean mixture in a tortilla, along with some shredded cheddar cheese and heat in microwave until cheese is melted. Eat with sour cream if desired. One more. I love mushroom. If you do, buy two portobello mushrooms. Rinse well and pat dry. Place in a greased baking dish. Fry an onion and add to 1and 1/2 marinara sauce, along with 1 Tbls. garlic salt. Cover mushrooms with the sauce. Sprinkle with mozzerella cheese. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 35 or 40 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Cook another 5 minutes. Hope these work out for you!

Why would you want to murder all those innocent, living plants? What did they do to you? All plants do is give us beauty and shade- and you want to eat them??

What has humanity come to?
