I love my wife very much but she does not understand me what to do ?

I take care of my wife but she does not care me

You need to sit down with your wife and tell her what you need and how you feel and what you would like for her to do to meet your needs. I fyou have a hard time communicating or telling her this then i suggest marriage counseling. Good luck to you. Why do you feel that she does not understand you? Do you try to make her understand or do you just let her guess and just expect her to know how you feel and how to treat you?

Talk to her. By all means. Buy the book, "Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus". It will help you to communicate.
All you can do is try. If she does not respond then she may not want to save the relationship. How long have you been married?

Communication is the key to what you want. You say she doesn't understand you. Then make it your job to help her understand what you need and want in your relationship. Find out what she feels also. You two need to share more and that begins with communication and being considerate to each other.

It's impossible to give everything to another person if they don't give back. You need to talk to your wife and let her know what your needs are. If she is open to talking about it... then you are off to the right start!
