Some people do it in there tear duct and some do it outside there eyes. I do my eyeliner on the outside you can do whatever you want to do with your eyeliner.

If you wear it on the inside of your eyes it will cause the goo that gathers in the corners of your eyes to turn that color. Also, if you take a q-tip and run it through a darker eye shadow you can line the your bottom lashes and it does make your eyes seem a little bigger.

I always put it in the inside but normal people put it on the outside...putting it on the outside also keeps ur eyes from getting dried out or irritated

You don't put eyeliner IN your eyes!! You put it on your eyelid, right next to the lashes. OR you put it right above lower lashes. The pencil should never touch your eye. If it does, it probably will hurt.

Well, personally I just apply a thin line on my upper eyelids, I personally think it makes my eyes look bigger and makes them pop more...but I used to put it on the inside on the lower lashline.
All you have to do is tug a little to pull the lower eyelid down and then gently line the lashline...

I put eyeliner outside my eyes (upper lid) now, but i put kohl inside my eyes. You can pretty much buy kohl pencils from anywhere and you can put that in your eye. I used to put eyeliner inside my eyes, it never really hurt...but it got really messy b/c my eyes used to water and it used to run down.

I put in the inside. just pull your lower lid down a little and line it. It really makes your eyes stand out.

i used to do it on the outside a lot, but i've recently been doing it on the inside. either way i get the weird goo and it always ends up smudging or running...i hate it but i figure it doesnt matter which you put it on. each has its own certain look

no! eyeliner doesnt hurt at all! it tickles at first a lil, though. use an eyeliner stick, first, though because it is really hard to put on liquid eyeliner at first and liquid eyeliner smudges way easier.

eyeliner. You line your eyes with it. Usually where the lashes are. Where are you going to put it in your eyes?
