Not unless you inform the authorities and get their permission to leave the state. Otherwise you'd be jumping bail and there will be a warrant for your arrest.

Normally yes unless the magistrate gives you an order that you are not to cross state lines. If they did then they would give you the order, and you would have to sing it, at the time you osted bail. I have a family member doing this and as long as he makes all of his court dates he is fine. Also if you have a bail agent, keep him abreast of where you are as far as in or out of state, this keeps a lot of bad issues from arrising.

No, because if you do, then you are demonstrating that you are "flight risk" and there is no guarantee you would come back. That is more than likely a condition of your bail. If you break that you could get locked up until your court date.
