Ok.. its a movie about a guy who sees what happens in his future, his watch gets broken, he gets stuff spilled on to him, and in the end, his gf dies. So he tries to change it, only to realize, that he can change only limited things, that the stuff will happen anyway, and he dies at the end. Anyone seen it?

Thanks for the answers, but its not any of them, all the actors on this movie where young, it came out along the sametime than "The Notebook" came out. The death at the end is due to a car accident, theres a cab driver, and he seems to know whats going on...

That sounds like "The Butterfly Effect 2."
Personally, I wasn't crazy about it, but I thought the first one was fantastic.

It sounds a lot like the remake of The Time Machine, but I don't remember him dying at the end. In the remake, he built the time machine after his girlfriend was killed so he could go back and prevent it. After several unsuccessful attempts to save her, he realized that if he saved her, he would have no reason to build the time machine, therefore it would never exist and he could not go back to save her.

I think you're referring to The Butterfly Effect which star Ashton Kutcher and Amy Smart. Yeah, it's a pretty good film. :)

I think your refering to "The Weatherman"....with Nicholas Cage and Micheal Caine? He gets food and drinks thrown on him in this movie...it's hilarious. Hope this helps!

its great movie... he went also somewhere in Africa with his watch... like that... and some1 shot his Gf.. so he went to save her... but i know the Title is Time Machine.. he always write over the walls.. all his formulas..yeh i'm ryte...give me 10 points..
