a girl starts to get her period about two years after she has started puberty. it also has to do with genetics. you will probobly get your period around the time that your mom got hers.
the clear-white-ish disgharge in your underpants is the fluid from your vagina when i cleans itself. (you normally get your period about 6 months after you have stared noticing the discharge).

well like hair in under arm and down below ,breast and discharge and what it is doing is cleaning it self. And any time after these sighns is a sighn it on its way .Good luck!~!~!~

it happens to me too, i dunno, but i think if it's clear, then i'm clear of my period until i feel my boobs are aching lol. otherwise well, you can try wearing those really thin and small panty liners from playtex or something if it gets annoyingly damp.
