Does it cost if you send text messages from cingular phones to cingular phones?

like if both people have cingular, does it still cost 10 cents to send the messages?

actually if you call, or go into a cingular store they can put you on one of the new data plans, which actually give u free text for cingular to cingular customers

it costs about .10, but that also depends on your plan
