Mykonos is excellent, especially in terms of nightlife and stuff. There is heaps to do, good shopping, clubbing etc. There is even a contiki resort there so there would be heaps of young people ready to party as well.
Crete is also very good, but if you want somewhere to focus on partying, i'd recommend Mykonos.
Santorini is also beautiful, but same deal, although there is still heaps to do and partying and stuff, Mykonos would be the livliest.
Corfu is also a good little Greek island. It's not in the Meditteranean Sea like the other three, its in The Adriatic.
But, saying all that, if you are looking to party, party, party, Mykonos is the best bet! Ibiza is good, but a bit sleazy.
Wherever you go, have fun! The Greek islands, and Greek itself are my all time fave holiday destinations!

Their not really related, geographically speaking (spain and greece) but I would recommend Corsica for spain, though it is more French, and Crete for Greece.
