Radio Shack should have batteries if your's is fried, but if you've just lost the charger cord you could get those at Radio Shack.

You can't replace the battery in the iPod Nano or any iPod, you just recharge it until it dies, then you basically have to get a new iPod.
That's why going through Best Buy and getting a warranty on it is a good idea because if your battery is fried, they replace the iPod for free.
