It is a cracked head.
When you remove spark plug Antifreeze leaks from where the spark plug was(That's what the mechanic said)

You cant fixed a cracked head, you must replace the head with another one.

You could probably find a decent head at a junk yard for around $100, a head gasket set for $85 and the cheapest labor rate you'll find is around $30-40. You're looking at a 4-5 hr. job, so around $500 at the most.

about 4-5 hour job at the rate of about 35-45 dollars per hour you do the math plus parts but it just could be a head gasket

If the crack runs through the plug thread you shouldn't try to fix it. Get a rebuilt.

Go to a junkyard and find a used head.
