Can you give me steps on how to do this problem and tell me the answer? "/" means it's a fraction, not divided by, and "-" is a negative sign. Thank You sooo much! m/-2/3=3/10

m/(-2/3)=3/10
So multiply (3/10) by (-2/3) to get m on only one side.
3/10 x -2/3 = -6/30
Simplify.

m * (1/-2) * (1/3) = 3/10 is the same right?

m = (3/10) * 3 * (-2)
m = -18/10 or -9/5

m/-2/3 = 3/10
so
3m/-2 = 3/10
cross multiply
30m=-6
m=-6/30
m=-1/5
