In 2004 - 54% voted Democrat & 45% voted Republican.
The real problem is that voters 18-25 yrs old had only 30% vote at all & that is down from 52% in 1972. You can not make a difference from your computer - you must vote.

I vote republican, conservative specifically. I am 20. I would assume unfortunately that a lot of younger voters vote liberal, probably more than 50% but not much more.

most young people tend to be liberal. so therefore most young people vote democratic. I'm 23 and i consider myself a pretty young person. if i had to choose between a democrat and a republican i would probably choose the republican. most young conservatives like myself are libertarians though.
