I'm writing a story, and part of it includes a restaurant or snack stand on the beach. Do I call it seaside or what? I know there's a word for it, and I think it includes the word shore. But for the life of me, I can't remember it! Does anyone know what word I'm talking about?

You could use the word boardwalk, but I think seaside would be a great word to use.
