i was wondering how it is and if it hurts when they put in and there any effects?? how does it feels

I have Mirena and it didn't hurt at all. Maybe a pinch? But really, very easy. My period has been a little off since then, but much much lighter and shorter. You can't feel it after it's in place.

Hi, I just had my IUD removed because we are going to try for baby number 2! I had it in for 18months..When my doctor put it in,it felt like a slight pinch,and that was all..After that it was so stress free,knowing that you didnt have to worry about it..When he removed it, it just felt like a slight menstrual cramp for about a minute..and it was done! Very simple and stress free! i would sooo recommend it!
