no, we value our customers. but they just don't wanna know how extremely difficult it is to provide good service. and some clients are so unbelievably rude.

One of my colleagues used to politely say to callers "Do you know who you are speaking to? No? Then f*** off". Always worked a treat. Unfortunately with my Irish accent they always DID know who they were talking to so it never quite worked for me...
