I don't work in customer service, but I think that everyone at my local Meijer's store has this competition going! Dang rats.

No, but I have seen a lot of waitresses who must be doing that. They get no tips from me and a complaint to there manager so no biggie I can play too.

no, we value our customers. but they just don't wanna know how extremely difficult it is to provide good service. and some clients are so unbelievably rude.

no thats totally rude and a waste of time. why would anyone want to intentially ruin someones day and treat them like crap. get a life to whoever would do such a foul thing.

One of my colleagues used to politely say to callers "Do you know who you are speaking to? No? Then f*** off". Always worked a treat. Unfortunately with my Irish accent they always DID know who they were talking to so it never quite worked for me...

WE have done the Most smarta** answers to stupid questions. But it had to be done without being rude. So noone gets in trouble.
