No most people can't. I saw a guy on Letterman do it. He had a really big nose. So I guess you need a long nose AND along tongue. Rare.

Yep....I can touch my nose with my tongue with my hand tied behind my back! Ha! AND! I can tie a cherry stem in a knot with my tongue without using my hands! Ta Da!

Well, when i was a little kid i had to....
in those winter seasons.
.... u see. ....
i had to stop the flows of the two waterfalls ....
which used to flow down ....
from those two deep tunnels called nose .....
towards the distant pink cave
on the distant horizon ......
that we use to call a mouth.
That's how i used to prevent "the great flood" in me.
Now i can touch my tongue with mi good ol' NOSE. :-) :-)

i can...i dont it when my nose itches lik if my hands r full and i dont have anymore hands to use of course cause theres only 2 hands so i use my tongue to sratch my nose wierd but i think it works...
