Definitely...it's okay to just crash and burn sometimes when everything feels like it's going crazy and completely out of your control...it helps you to regain your sanity and pull yourself together and move on. You're not alone.

of course it is. Human emorion is always upsetting when intensly experienced. So why not? It is the art of living to become okay again too... to say to yourself after a while of having fallen apart, now it was enough, I go and try to do something better than before...

I very much like the music total eclipse of the heart, by Bonnie Tyler.

For sure. Look what happens to people who bottle everything up - they eventually explode. It's way better to fall apart briefly when something bad happens, sort through it, pick youself up and get on with your life. At least that way you are more likely to be dealing with only one thing at a time - whereas if you bottle it up you're holding in a lifetime of issues.

if not done on a regular basis, it would seem ok. everyone has issues that "get to them" at times, with some of us knowing how to deal with it better than others. i would suggest finding anyone you can relate/talk to (whether it's a family member/friend or even some type of counselor) and use that as a "release valve" before it gets to the falling apart stage.

I think that "falling apart;' is one of the best things for humans.
There is so much stress and hurry in our lives that it all seems to accumulate and we just need to have a meltdown.

This is where true friends come in. They let you have your moment and them you can move on. When you pay for this service it is called therapy.

It's not only alright....it is human. But, you have to learn to pick yourself up and move on whether you feel like it or not.
