To have joy in one life we must love everyone even our enemy. I know this must be a little Tucky but its true think about it. If you love everyone who will really benefit everyone around you and special you. Hate and anger are the root cause of joylessness. Hate and anger cause you to see the ugly as beautiful and beautiful as ugly. Angry person is always specious and hateful and he will never know joy. But a person who's usually happy is enjoying life and doesn't see the world as black and white.
