It is likely that the pressure caused by your sneeze, has burst some of the Small blood vessels, which line the inner cavities of your nose. Thus causing the bleeding, in turn the damage caused has more than likely encouraged a certain amount of swelling around the vessels. This will give you the feeling that your nose is blocked. Some ice wrapped in a cloth applied to the bridge of your nose may help a little to reduce the swelling / burning, but should only be held there for 10-20 seconds at a time. The swelling should abate naturally as the vessels heal, in a few days. If not it is advisable to visit your Doctor to reassure yourself that only minor damage has been done, and / or receive alternative treatment.

I'm no doctor, but sneezing goes fast. Faster than a car, I think. If it's going that fast, there's a likely chance that something got torn or scratched, or just started bleeding from the force. I know you may not have sneezed, but that may be the reason. Maybe some skin or something got agitated, or a special hole got uncovered. Sometimes it means nothing. And I think the sucking/blocking thing is something to do with a vacuum (no, not the Dust devil!) that formed in your nose. Like gravity pulling at it or something. I think it's pretty natural. As for seeing the doctor, wait. If it seems like it's stopping or getting better, don't go right away, but if it keeps flowing or doesn't go away or gets worse, go see a doctor. If I'm wrong, don't get mad. Like I said, I'm not doctor. But my brother gets nosebleeds sometimes. And the part about the vacuum....not sure if it's entirely true, but I think I've heard of it somewhere. Besides, gravity exists!!! :)
