I noticed this in my infants diaper last week so I took her to her pediatrician and she said it could be colitis due to the formula (Similac Advance). So anyway she switched the babys formula to Similac Soy and my baby still has diarrhea.

I think I answered another of your questions about colitis.

My youngest was diagnosed with allergic colitis when he was about 5 weeks old. He was also allergic to the soy protein, so we had to switch to yet another formula. I think it is called Nutramigen LIPIL, which has no milk or soy protein. That could be why he/she still has bloody streaks in her stools.
