You have a rotten week, your coworkers and friends are all acting like jerks, and even people on the street seem to be acting rude?
This isn't one of those "maybe it's depression?" questions, but just a "what makes you feel better for a few minutes?" one. Besides drinking, already got that one covered :)

when my wife feels like that...a glass of wine and some online shopping usually get her in a better mood....sometimes I'll start a bubble bath for her....

I have an inside coat closet, that is it isn't on any outside wall of the house. Go inside the closet, close the door and scream at the top of your lungs until you feel light headed. It seems to relieve some of the pressure. Exercise may help too, I don't know, I gave it up for Lent in 1951.

I have been known to talk to myself when I wanted an intelligent conversation with no arguments. It doesn't work as well as the scream and if I slip and start mumbling in public, well let's say I get some odd looks.

Just go home and watch tv, or watch a movie by myself. It's gets me away from everyone and I can enjoy time to myself.
I know what you mean though...its like it's a conspiracy or something...everything always seems to go bad at once.
Don't worry, it'll pass =]
in the meantime, just enjoy some alone time

I listen to my portable CD player (too broke for an ipod)
and lay on the grass and stare at the stars.
But I always feel pure and relaxed when I'm in church. For real

I work with the public..this happens all the time.....but I believe in karma...that puts a smile on my face. When the lady who just ripped one of my staff a new one has to come in and ask to use the phone because she locked her keys in her car..yup...I'm laughing now

I always think there are more people in the world with more pressing problems than I have right now. It could always be worse. Best of luck to you.
