Sounds like an undesended testicle. See a doctor and make sure you do testicular self examination. This is because undesended or maldesended testicles are prone to a number of illnesses including infections and tumours. Good news is both are very treatable. Tumours are cured about 99% of the time and the other 1% left things too late.

Um, ok, you either have a really late testicle drop, have sterilty in one testicle, or have an undescended testicle. SEE A DOCTOR. The most likely is an undescended testicle, where one of your testicle did not leave your body (yes, your testicles start out in your body) and is still in there. Surgery can fix this up.

i had the same thing , quick operation as it was a undescended testicle .

unfortunately i have a little scare on my ball sack and a little one just below the line of my boxers.. get it looked at soon , as it's often easer to explain a scare to a g/f than it is to explain why you only have one ball ..

Go to your doctor and he should be able to evaluate why you have an undescended testicle. It's a rare condition but it can happen Good luck.
