If you have wings, give it a try. Just remember to take-off INTO the wind.

Unfortunately, no. Your weight, compared with the area of your wings, is too great. Also, the muscle attachment you have to your wings isn't intended for flight -- you can't hold your wings out as long as a bird can, and your "power stroke" doesn't generate enough new lift to keep you off the ground long. Finally, your flight feathers aren't long enough or strong enough.
Take a look at existing birds and bats -- all smaller than you. Even the biggest pterodactyls had a better wing area to weight ratio than you have.
The possibility for flight exists for you in places where gravity is not so high as it is on Earth. Perhaps some day we'll have bases on low-gravity moons, and you'll be able to fly in large open areas there. It's not quite like flying in the sky, but, oh well!

One thing that I can add to the serious answers about musculature and body mass / wing ratios is this:
Have a look at a bird's bones. They're incredible. Their structure is totally different to ours in that they're pretty much a honeycomb so they are very, very lightweight, yet retaining the strength neccessary for flight. I remember seeing a bird show at Taronga Zoo in Sydney, Australia years ago - an Anacondian Condor (the biggest bird in the world) swooped over our heads and landed on the zoo keeper's arm. This bird was over a metre tall with a wingspan of 2.6 metres, yet the keeper - a young, slight woman - was able to have the bird on her arm without any difficulties at all. It weighed something like 4 kilos!
For a human to fly, we'd need wings with a spread of something like 20 metres, and we'd not be able to operate them due to the muscles required. Kinda like why we've got an upper size limit of about seven and a half feet - any taller and our femurs (thigh bones) would have to be so big that we wouldn't be able to walk! Apparently the man who has the Guiness Book of Records award for the Tallest human ever had major problems walking and subsequently died really young because his bone structure wasn't up to the task of carrying such an incredible weight.
Love and Light,
Jarrah

Of course it is.
As you have mentioned you have wings, so you might only need to take some flying lessons for beginners from a bird.
And then spread your wings and fly like a butterfly, oops, sorry, like a bird of course! :)

I agree with the above answers concerning wing size and area relative to body weight. Birds that fly have also developed the breat musculature to control the weight - hence they have relatively large sternums and breast muscle.

Only if you jump off a building that is higher than 25 stories. You will need a lot of speed to catch flight so the higher the building the better. This might be a momentous moment in your life, it was for me the first time I flew, so invite your family and friends.

Yep, just keep your flaps at 15 degrees for the first thousand feet or so. Don't pitch your nose to high or you'll stall.

If you had large enough wings of the right shape and material, then yes, theoretically.
