i want to help a charity on a limited budget but not one that takes a large cut for "admin" costs ect....and one that i can see actively helps. I hear so much about various charaties but few i have seen actually working. Also can some one tell me if the retailers that say they give so much per cent to charity are being honest for example body shop/gap/m and s???? thanku
