I cook him special meals all the time and I take care of him sexually but I want to do something that says.......You mean the world to me and I love you. I don't have a ton of money. Any ideas??

You sound like a real prize and he should be appreciative of your efforts. I think you've done about all you can do. Be careful to not overdo it though. Don't smother him.
