How about a game like win lose or draw. You and the 7 year old on team that way he won't get jealous of the other two.I know it sounds a little advanced for the 4 year old but the 11 year old girl is old enough to help him out.

Don't forget that their mother most likely does not dedicate every second of every day to them so don't try too hard to please them. You can still use the playstation - tell them they have 5 or 10 minute turns each, put on a movie (either you choose it or they can take turns - the person who goes first can be determined by flipping a coin) or general craft activities. Whatever you decide to do, let them know that as soon as anyone raises their voice or begins a fight they will have time out in their room for 5 minutes. If they do it again 10 minutes and so on. Kids test people to see how much they can get away with and once they realise that you are going to stand strong and not take any nonsense they will be much better behaved.

Call nanny 911...LOL! Try to get them to play stuff that is contact free. Soccer, well, they will kick each other...video games..well they will fight over the controller. Try getting them to play a board game or something. Bring stuff from home, like crafts. When I was that age, my grandma used to teach me how to sew. Sounds boring, but when you make your own pillow, and you can show people that the pillow on your bed is made by you..its kinda cool. Its very easy too. Get a sewing kit, some yarn and some cheap material. You'll also need a bag of stuffing. Cut 2 pieces of material in rectangles. First, sew the material on three sides inside out. Then tun the material right side out. Stuff it, and sew the last row shut. Its very very simple and fun to show off! Good luck!

Why not try talking to their parents first? Find out what their parents normally do, what works well, what doesn't. Explain your feelings about the fighting, and ask what the parents do when it happens.
When the parents give you ideas, then shake it up a little so it's not exactly the same as mom and dad. But, you can get the basics from mom and dad so you know what works.

Try getting them a board game or something they would all like...and that they can all play together. Or have them help make lunch or dinner...something they can all do together.
