The House of Representatives breaks each state into districts. Therefore exactly where you are in Minnesota is important to who is your representative. Minnesota has 8 districts, check the link below to find out which representative is yours. (It includes a map of teh districts)

If for some reason they don't respond, try your Senators office (there are 2 per state, and your location doesn't matter): http://www.senate.gov/general/contact_information/senators_cfm.cfm
