I dont have very good credit well its shatty to say bluntly and I am in need of buying a house badly. I need a place where my kids can be able to run around and a place where I dont have to worrie about landlords or neighborers So if anyone can help that would be great! We are in Oregon so please someone if you can help.....

Not really sure what your question is here. I would say find a buyers agent and ask them to look for rent to owns for you. It probably is your only option if your credit is that bad.

Do you happen to know your credit score? If it is somewhat decent and you can show income, you may not be as bad off as you think. I have found a great place that does deals in the NW...and no I dont work there....Narrows Pointe Mortgage. They have a web site...email them and see what you have!
