Eagles have been said to have the best vision. That's where the term "eagle-eye" comes from. Although I don't know how far there sight-range is, but it's gotta be quite a far distance for them to see small animals on the ground and fish in the water.

I THINK the Eagle has the best eye sight... not 100 % positive but I do know they can see about 8 times better than a human.

A hawk has the best eyesight of all, but many birds of prey also have great eyesight too. I'm not sure how far they can see, but their vision is 20/7, as opposed to our normal 20/20.
