Though he has yet to announce any US dates, most industry observers anticipate a full US tour as part of the Live25 package.
That having been said, the rumored tour was originally going to take place in the spring of this year (that's obviously not going to happen), and he's already scheduled a summer swing through Europe that will have him performing across the continent from mid-May to late July. US tour dates couldn't come any earlier than the fall.
Another wildcard is the outcome of the UK trial. If you've read today, the British authorities have added an additional charge to the incidents surrounding his drug arrest this past fall. He is now being charged with the more serious crime of driving while impaired. His availability for a US tour may hinge on the outcome of the eventual trial.

(Great musician, but a bit of a fool IMO.)
I remember just after the public toilet incident he said in an interview that he wanted to call his next album 'Bog Standards'. I couldn't help laughing!
