It's a mattress with what looks like little pillows sewn onto the top of the mattress.......don't get one as you can't turn the mattress over to use the other side....

It's an added little Fluff on top of the regular mattress. You can usually tell because there is a visable sewn pad on top.

There's an extra added piece on top...it's padded hench...pillow top
