Everytime my friend and I talk on the phone and I start to tell a story, or really just talk, she cuts me off and the conversation goes back to her. I am usuallly a quiet person but it annoys me to think that she might not be interested in the things I have to say. I don't want to be rude, and I have told her once that she always cuts me off (she got mad) so please any new suggestions that could help me resolve this problem would be appreciated. Thank you!

say very very litlle for a while and approach the problem froma different angle. use this to get better at listening to her... get better at being extremely to the point so that you have said what you wanted to say before she cuts you off. See it as a challenge to commucate with her anyway...
If al else fails and you keep the feeling that you are unhappy about it, tell her and eventually take your loss if you can't be friends anymore. But I hope you succeed in finding a different angle to look at this!
