yeah its legal in most states but ur mom may try to press charges which is also legal so id seek counseling (for both of you) or find her a boyfriend (they're usually nicer then) or get into college. I had a mom just like urs and i did my best in school n got into college. Now im 20 and have happily lived on my own since 17. I'll graduate college next year. Plus when you do this- work, do not let her give u money she'll try to control u and get into a college in another state so she'll have to plan ahead to see u not just pop up on ur doorstep.
U can also try to get into West Point Academy. She'll leave you alone, you'll start a new life and learn and mature a lot.

You sound like a little girl that's probably why she treats you that way. You may be able to move out but remember if you do that your mother will be hurt and may just stop talking to you. Are you willing to hurt her just because you don't get your way? If you move into your best friend's house your mother may be able to press charges against her. Does your best friend's mom even know you're planning on taking over her house?

You would have to see that state laws there! Like me for instance, I moved out and I am 17, too! But that is only because I am emancipated and she couldnt stop me! But you would have to find out from the courthouse or something around that area...I dont know what laws there is there. You can email or IM me about this if you would like!

If 0.5 the relatives approves of the flow, and it somewhat is greater value-effective for a greater more suitable room, i might say, decide for it. Getting greater for his money could be an progression to his existence. Now how with regard to the nutrients? Are they finished nutrients or snacks. Do they get fruit on a daily basis. And what approximately pill dispension. Is somebody in can charge of that, to do away with errors. some places have the overseeing of an RN. yet in addition many places won't be able to discover the money for the amenities. And does the dispenser of the pills, positioned on rubber gloves for sanitary reasons? there is plenty to evaluate earlier you displace him. determine he can cope with the transition, so he does not get afraid after shifting. I also have a pal, who died 2 days after her flow. She replaced into dealt with badly by using group in that wing, and he or she went right into a catatonic approach. And did not comprehend her daughter. and then she died day after today. So weigh issues heavily.

You have to convince a judge to emancipate you. You do not sound eligible though, you sound very immature.
It sounds like you are messing up everywhere, home and school. How is invading another family going to help this? Is your "best friends mom" going to get you though college?
If you want your mother to treat you like an adult you need to act like one. It sounds like you have a very long way to go still.

I would tell you, but I don't know U.S.A's law. If you're in Canada, you have to be at least sixteen years of age to move out WITH signing papers and even going through court. If you don't want that, you must be at least eighteen years of age because eighteen in Canada is considered "adult by law."
