My shoulder hurts and the pain feels like it goes down my arm to my wrist. It has been hurting like this for 2 days. I don't know why it hurts. The only thing different is that I have been on the computer alot working on an important paper for school.

I would like to know what should I take or do to help it feel better?

There is potential for impingement of the rotator cuff or a cervical disc herniation...the first thing to do is to correct your posture and use proper ergonomics. Keep your keyboard level with your forearms (don't angle them upwards). Your upper arm should be against your body and the forearms should be parallel to the floor.

Failing to correct your posture could lead to serious pathological conditions...

If this doesn't help...time to follow up with a healthcare professional.
