if you want to try by yourself, you can get audacity or goldwave. Audacity is not for the novice though.

I haven't purchased goldwave myself because I just found out about it. go to www.goldwave.com for more information! The program only costs about 50 bucks and looks to be relatively simple to master. I plan to purchase a copy and try my hand at mixing for our next competition.

you'd need a program such as mixmeister, and cut out sections of songs that you want to use, and match the beats of the songs so they flow together.
