I just downloaded an anti-spyware "Spyware Doctor", I've heard is good, but I dont know which good Firewall I can download (for free!!!)
Any recommendation???

Perfect...
Some say personal firewalls and anti-spyware are useless or less effective, and others say Windows defender is lot better..

I would get the free download from Windows Market Place's security section called " Windows Defender". It has a good firewall. I have this, & have it set to get up-dates at 2 am auto. That way I don't forget. It's part of Windows Security Center.

I don't care for personal firewalls for a variety of reasons that I won't burden you with. I'd suggest a standalone firewall (sometimes called an Internet Gateway); you can get more reviews than you'll need online (see sources).
If you feel you must use a personal firewall, I've had good luck with Kerio Personal Firewall, now called Sunbelt. I can't stand ZoneAlarm, but it's popular.
The firewall included with XP Service Pack 2 works as well.

Windows does have it's own built in firewall but it's sh1t and no replacement for a proper software firewall.

Why did you waste you money? Use windows defender and adaware and spybot search and destroy.
Firewall is part of XP service pack 2. It works fine .
Spyware doctor is one of those programs that show up when you search or mistype. It's not very good
