The chicken. I believe that God created full grown animals when He created the world, thus the chicken was first.

This depends if you believe in the evolution theory or the creation theory. If you believe in evolution you would probably say that the egg came first and then evolved into the chicken (which in my opinion doesn't make since for the simple fact that eggs are still around). But, if you believed in the creation theory (where god, or whoever, created all beings) you would probably say that the chicken came first and hatched the egg and so on and so fourth.

I believe the chicken came first. God created two of everything right? He didn't create an egg, he created two chickens who reproduced and laid eggs.
