you will have to go to Yahoo and find which POP & SMTP mail servers you are using and then type them in on Outlook. you have to create a new email account on Outlook by going to Tools, new email account and follow the instructions there. after you finish setting it up you will be able to download your emails from yahoo.
for example for my account the server settings are
pop.att.yahoo.com ,smtp.att.yahoo.com it all depends on your extension (sbcglobal, yahoo, pacbell, att) etc...
hope this is what you where looking for

If you don't already have Yahoo! Mail Plus, you can not use Yahoo!'s mail servers directly....or something. You need to get Y!POPs at http://www.ypopsemail.com/

If you do have Yahoo! Mail Plus set it to:
Incoming Mail(POP3): pop.mail.yahoo.com
Outgoing Mail(SMTP): smtp.mail.yahoo.com
