how do you get kyogre and groudon on Pokemon emerald?

i searched every where on the map and i couldn't find the land lair or the sea lair.

In Pokemon Emerald, Groudon and Kyogre are found in different locations than in ruby and sapphire:

Groudon-is found in Terra cave.
Kyogre-is found in Marine cave.
