Have it delivered. If you can afford a "luxury car" you probably can afford the $100 for it to be delivered and set up professionally.

The best thing to do would to be measure the tank and see if your door will open far enough to accommodate it - it probably will, but may have to be turned on its side. If this is a new tank, that shouldn't be a problem. If it's used, or the tank a turtle is currently in, you should plan to take a bucket to put any items in that may be wet/dirty, and an old blanket/plastic tablecloth just in case.
I don't know the measurements for a 45 offhand, but a 40 gallon should be around 36L x 18W x 17H (breeder tank) or
48L x 13W x 17H (long). A 45 should only be a little larger than these.

I think you are just talking about loading a 45 gallon into a car, not actually installing it lol. Just flip the seats back, forward. I'm sure your luxury car can do that. If not, talk to someone about using their truck for easy transport. Some vehicle with a large back seat. I transported my 52 gallon in the back seat of my dads truck, but it also fit length ways in the back of my van.
You could also always just use a large 50 gallon storage tub, fill it with water and put it back there, put the turtle in it, then transport it to your tank.

I'm not following your question at all. Are you bringing the turtle home in the tank or just trying to get the tank home and set up before you get the turtle? If you are trying to get the tank home without anything in it just find out the measurements of the tank and measure your car to see if it will fit. You may be better off to find someone with a truck or possibly rent from somewhere.
If you are transporting the turtle, I personally would find something smaller to transport it in.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help but I need a little more info here.

1st I wanna say this: never ever purchase a betta from a petstore! they're stocked in tiny cups, ill, deformed, have a bad character, ... and you help the overbreeding of bettas, we are very in contact relating to the overbreeding, in basic terms some % of each and all the bettas are nicely bred, so in a sturdy ecosystem, and stuff, it is véry complicated to discover a betta that has no undesirable/deformed mothers and dads/grandparents/... extra perfect spent slightly extra effective than 2$ on a fish, for 30$ you somewhat have an exceedingly stable coach betta! And no, a betta desires a minimum of 10G, a sluggish flowing filter out, a heater and residing flora to be happy, stuffing a fish in a 1G bowl is almost a human having to stay in a public lavatory his total existence you besides could could have cycled you tank for a minimum of four weeks, yet on account which you have in basic terms 1G, thats wont have worked... in case you keep them in there without filter out, you're able to do a a million/3 water replace two times an afternoon, to keep away from the fish from being burned in its very own ammonia So extra perfect pass to the shop, purchase 2 10G tanks, 2 filters, 2 heaters, some flora (10 or so) and placed your fish in there, you dont could cycle that tank because of the fact by skill of the time its cycled, your fish would be already dying, in simple terms try the nitrate daily with a droplet try till 4 weeks have previous

Put down the back seats of your car. Turn the tank sideways. Put it in the trunk and over the back seats. If it still doesn't fit, find a friend with a bigger car.

I'm sure there is a way, but it would have to be done by somebody who really knows what they are doing.
The temp would be one of the biggest problem (when the car isn't being used) too hot, or too cold.
edit.....lol, I thought you wanted to "install" a fish tank in your car. They did it on MTV's "Pimp my Ride".....Sorry, now that I understand the question...yes you could fit the tank in your car. Just make sure the tank is supported on all sides so it won't cause cracking.

I am dying to find out why.
Are you installing this set up in your car?
Are you living in your car?
Are you not aloud to keep your turtle tank in the house?
Are you moving and just trying to put the tank in your car to move it?
I just don't get it.
